wasn’t going to ‘tumbl’ all weekend, but fuck it. rolled into South Slocan at 1:30 AM. an hour and a half later than I had hoped. leaving Vancouver during rush hour was a smart move… though past Chilliwack there was hardly anyone on the roads and our stops in Princeton and Osoyoos were eerily (and pleasantly) lacking humans.
in the morning I take Jordan to Nelson and then head off to Pass Creek Doukhobor Cemetery. I haven’t been there since we buried my grandmother almost exactly 13 years ago. May 1999.
